You need to know that your central heating system is regularly maintained.
We have various levels of service contracts available, (see contracts for details) which will cover your entire system. If you have any problems with the heating system, just a call on our freephone number will action an engineers visit. Our service personnel will notify you when your annual service is due and arrange a service visit. Contract customers are always given a priority if a breakdown occurs. Just complete the contract application form. We will then carry out a free of charge inspection of the system.
You are a Landlord or are responsible for tenanted properties.
Then we can offer contracts with discounts for multiple properties. We can liase directly with tenants if preferred, carry out Gas Safety Inspections and send all necessary paperwork to you or your agent. It is a requirement of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998,Regulation 36(3) (a) that a Gas Safety Inspection is carried out annually in tenanted properties and they are properly maintained. To ensure your responsibilities are adhered to in this respect we will carry out an annual service at the same time as issuing the Gas Safety Certificate.
Your heating system is not efficient and fuel bills are high.
Your heating system may require upgrading. The system controls can be modernised and if required your boiler can be changed to a 90% efficient condensing boiler. A free estimate will be provided to explain your options. Our fitters will carry out the works efficiently and with due consideration for your needs. Any guaranties are honoured for their duration by us or referred to the manufacturer’s if required. As partners with Worcester Bosch on their Business Initiative Scheme we can offer extended Five-Year Warranties on their energy efficient Greenstar range of boilers at no extra cost. This can be extended after the warranty has expired with inclusion in our contract scheme.
Home Improvements are difficult because of the central heating boiler position.
Then we can provide a free estimate to explain the options to re-position or replace the boiler as necessary. We can also liase with other contractors who may be carrying out additional works, which will relieve you of at least one of the headaches. We are acredited VAILLANT installers and can offer our customers a 5 YEAR warranty parts and labour*(subject to an annual service.)
