For The Attention Of Landlords
An annual Gas Safety check and certificate will be provided at the time of service to satisfy your legal requirements for an additional sum of £55.00 including V.A.T.
Service Contract Application Form
I/We request that you undertake the maintenance of the heating/hot water appliance(s) described below in accordance with your current conditions of contract for Contract cover.
I understand that an inspection visit will be arranged, free of charge, prior to the acceptance of the system for cover, and a report will be made of items noticed to need rectification at that time. (Inspections are not applicable when SHS Heating Limited have already undertaken works in the property.
NOTE: Any costs involved in rectification of existing faults, or works to bring the system to an acceptable condition are not included in the contract.
