Please Note: The following prices apply to boilers up to 80,000 BTU and a maximum of 12 radiators. Larger system prices are available on application.

Payment for the contract can be made annually in advance by cheque, or monthly/quarterly by direct debit. Annual direct debit payments attract a discount of 2.5% off the annual charge. Contract cover will commence 30 days after our acceptance date. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.

Additional Appliances

Add any other gas appliances (excluding cookers) in the property for cover under inclusive Contract: Radiant Gas Fires, Water Heaters, Wall Heaters, and pressurised cylinders add £60.00 each to annual payment or £6.75 per month on 10 month option or £16.25 on quarterly option.

For The Attention Of Landlords

An annual Gas Safety check and certificate will be provided at the timeof service to satisfy your legal requirements for an additional sum of £18.50 including V.A.T. A 10% discount on the contract is available for Landlords with more than one property (this discount is not applied to the gas safety certificate).

I understand that an inspection visit will be arranged, free of charge, prior to the acceptance of the system for cover, and a report will be made of items noticed to need rectification at that time. (Inspections are not applicable when SHS Heating Limited have already undertaken works in the property.

NOTE: Any costs involved in rectification of existing faults, or works to bring the system to an acceptable condition are not included in the contract.
